The SNCF Memory and History Department, which reports to the Group Legal and Compliance Departments, coordinates SNCF’s work relating to the history and remembrance of the Second World War. It develops and implements SNCF’s partnership strategy, and manages and monitors supported projects in the fields of education, historical research and the transmission of this history. It also oversees the communication and dissemination of these initiatives, including through the management and editorial development of the 39-45.sncf.com website.
